The dose currently recommended for cancer by Joe Tippens is one 222 mg capsule daily. Many people take twice that dose, or 444 mg per day, as there is no time to waste with cancer.

If in remission, one can drop to every other day or 3 days on and 4 days off, like the original protocol. Since this is the worming dose for a 10 pound dog, this smaller dose makes it very safe.

The timing of the dose is not critical. Any meal with a bit of fat in it is fair game for taking a Fenbendazole capsule.
